General
1. Both traditional Hanbok and modernized Hanbok are eligible for free admission.
2. The basic requirement is to wear both an upper garment (jeogori) and a lower garment (skirt or pants). Simply wearing an overcoat (durumagi) is not recognized as Hanbok form; both upper and lower garments must be worn.
※ Hanbok must be worn according to the following guidelines and in a proper manner. (e.g. Keep your upper garment (jeogori) on at all times since wearing the revealing Hanbok is against the public decorum.)

3. All upper garment (jeogori) ribbon knots(goreum) and buttons should be fastened or tied at all times.
(T-shirt type Hanbok is not allowed)
All types of lower garments (skirt or pants) should cover the legs.

4. The pants are as follows.

5. All types of Hankbok skirts are available but must be worn with a separate upper garment(jeogori) at all times.

  • * Partly-worn Hanbok (e.g. upper garment (jeogori) with jeans or lower garment (skirt or pants) with a t-shirt cannot be entitled to free admission.
  • * Wearing a partially worn Hanbok (e.g., pairing the upper garment (jeogori) with jeans or the lower garment (skirt or pants with a t-shirt) does not qualify for free admission.
  • * We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individuals dressed inappropriately or who misbehave.
  • * We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are dressed inappropriately or who misbehave.
